The terms that govern your use of the Koldo website.
Edition of 7 July 20261.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the "Koldo" website (the "Website").
1.2. The Website is administered by Public Fund "Cultural Center Zaytuna" (Общественный фонд «Культурный центр "Зайтуна"»), registration number 315369-3308-ОФ, registered at Kyrgyz Republic, Chuy Region, Alamudun District, Arashan, Atakulov Kurmanbubu St. 94 (the "Organization").
1.3. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Russian text prevails; this English version is a courtesy translation.
2.1. The Website provides information about the Organization's charitable campaigns and serves as its channel for accepting voluntary donations.
2.2. Donation relationships are governed by the Public Donation Offer published on the Website. Where these Terms and the Offer diverge on donations, the Offer prevails.
2.3. Use of the Website is free and requires no registration.
2.4. The Website is not a fundraising channel for political parties or commercial organizations; such campaigns are not published (Article 1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Patronage and Charitable Activity" of 6 November 1999 No. 119).
3.1. Campaigns are published by the Organization, which is responsible for the accuracy of campaign descriptions, target amounts, and reporting on the use of funds.
3.2. Progress figures (amount raised, number of donations) reflect the Organization's records and may update with a delay.
3.3. Any amounts shown in foreign currency are estimates only; the donation currency is always the Kyrgyz som.
4.1. It is prohibited to: interfere with the Website's operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated mass requests to the Website's detriment, or submit unlawful or offensive material, or third parties' personal data without their consent, through the Website's forms.
4.2. The Organization may restrict access to the Website in case of violation of these Terms.
5.1. The Website's content (texts, images, logos, design elements, code) is protected by the intellectual-property legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and belongs to the Organization or is used by it lawfully.
5.2. Quoting Website materials with attribution is permitted. Commercial use without the Organization's written consent is prohibited.
6.1. The Website is provided "as is". The Organization takes reasonable measures to keep the Website available but does not guarantee the absence of technical failures and is not liable for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control (communication networks, payment infrastructure, etc.).
6.2. Payments are processed by the Payment Provider — a payment organization licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Organization is not responsible for the operation of the provider's and banks' payment infrastructure.
6.3. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to you by mandatory rules of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7.1. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
8.1. The Website may link to third-party resources (including the Payment Provider's pages). The Organization does not control and is not responsible for their content.
9.1. The Organization may amend these Terms by publishing a new dated edition on the Website. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the new edition.
10.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.
10.2. Disputes are first addressed by negotiation; write to ⟦e-mail⟧ — response within 10 working days. Failing agreement, disputes go to the court at the Organization's location, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
